Frequently asked questions
Is claiming free?
Yes. Claiming and verifying your listing is free and always will be. Optional paid Featured and Premium placements are available separately via For Dentists, but they are not required to claim, verify or correct your practice listing.
Do I have to pay for visibility?
No. Every verified practice is listed on its city and county pages as standard. Paid Featured and Premium tiers exist for practices that want enhanced placement — see our transparency page for how paid placements are labelled.
How long does verification take?
Usually 1–2 business days. We manually cross-reference GDC and CQC records, so we don't rush it.
What if my practice isn't listed?
Drop us a message via the Contact page and we'll add your practice to the directory.
What counts as verification?
We check the GDC register for your registration number, plus CQC registration where applicable. Save Face, BACD and BCAM membership are also flagged.
Does payment affect my trust badges?
No. Trust badges (GDC, CQC, Save Face, BACD, BCAM) are assigned from public regulator data only and cannot be purchased or altered by payment.
